Ale Trail Itinerary 260804 Chichester Centre 1

Laurie Dooley met Keith Jackman, Dave Taylor and Barry Holland in the Foundry; we managed to sit on table 13 again.

After commenting on the beer selection, Hip Hop, TT Landlord (Good on NBSS) and Proper Job, which had just finished, we moved to the Chichester Inn,

where we sat in the pleasant evening shade in the garden (couldn't work out if it was table 9 or 6). A collaboration Tiny Rebel/ Titanic Brewery beer was on offer 'biscuit flavour', but we couldn't tell if it was Bourbon, Digestive or Custard Cream.

Bill Lambert made a welcome return here, with his bike, although we didn't know until we were leaving as he was in the front bar!

Next up The Old Cross in North Street. Beery discussions here about seagull guano, public urination and the beer (St Austell Tribute, Black Sheep best Bitter - Very Good: NBSS, Greene King London Glory and Greene King IPA),

after which we moved to the George & Dragon which had Dark Star Hophead and TT Landlord (Acceptable: NBSS).

We didn't stay long, then it was off to The Bell and Electric Bear These Boobs are made for Walking pale ale NBSS: Good, and Downlands Brewery Gotta Tick 'em All pale ale.
